I don’t really understand why people feel inclined to take a picture of their latest meal and post it to their blog. This is just plain weird. Why are you sharing this with everyone? What sort of reaction are you looking for? Do you want me to reblog it and add something like, “OMG, your braised short ribs look soooo gooood”? Well, I got news for you—not gonna happen.
