Gay Icons Unite in Fight Against File Sharing →
“The Pirate Bay’s legal concerns are continuing to grow. Prince and the Village People are planning to sue the popular torrent site with the help of the Web Sheriff law firm. John Giacobbi of Web Sheriff has also asked Swedish band ABBA to join the cause.” I find the cast of characters in this story a little difficult to believe. Notably absent from this list is Cher.

The Kids in the Hall was, and remains, the best sketch-comedy show to ever hit the the airwaves.  Intelligent and provocative, truthful yet absurd, the show enjoyed a five season run.  For those of you who missed it or don’t have the patience for the slow pace of syndication, all five seasons are available as a single torrent here.

To Repeat: McCain Will be the Next President
In the spring of 2006 I officially began predicting a McCain presidency.  I obviously still stand by the prediction.  Don’t get me wrong—I think that a Democratic president would be a great thing, it’s just that I have absolutely no respect for Mrs. Bill Clinton and I think that Obama is too young to be an effective leader.
